Krikya Terms and Conditions – Bangladesh 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Krikya’s platform by players in Bangladesh. By registering an account and using the service, you agree to these terms. 1. Eligibility
To register and use Krikya, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be a resident in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited.
- Not be self-excluded from gambling through any applicable programme.
- Hold only one account on the platform. Multiple accounts per person are not permitted.
2. Account Registration
All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. Krikya reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Providing false information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
Each player is entitled to one account. Duplicate accounts are closed and balances may be confiscated. If you discover an error in your account details, contact support immediately to correct it.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
Funds must be deposited using payment methods supported by Krikya. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Withdrawals are only processed to the same method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Krikya does not accept third-party payments — the account holder must be the owner of the payment method used.
Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. Documents requested must be provided within the timeframe specified by the support team.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
Bonus offers are subject to individual terms and conditions. Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Each bonus offer specifies the applicable time limit, eligible games, and wagering multiplier.
- Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or exploiting technical errors — results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
- Krikya reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
- Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts.
5. Responsible Gaming

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Krikya platform — including graphics, software, game content, logos, and written text — is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any platform content without written authorisation from Krikya is prohibited.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are not permitted on Krikya:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting.
- Exploiting technical malfunctions or software errors for gain.
- Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
- Any activity that constitutes money laundering or financial fraud.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
Krikya may suspend or close accounts at its discretion if it believes a player has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the platform. Suspended accounts will have any outstanding withdrawal requests reviewed before funds are released where applicable.
9. Privacy

10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute between a player and Krikya should first be raised with the customer support team. If the matter cannot be resolved at that level, the complaint may be escalated to the licensing authority — Curacao eGaming — as outlined on the Licence page.
11. Changes to These Terms
Krikya may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered users.
